Generalities:

It affects the coagulation systems and produces bleeding, simulates pneumonia, in women gives vaginal flow and bleeding, epistaxis.

Main cause of cervical cancer if associated with pseudomonas or yersinia giving false cancer.

Transmission

The contagion occurs through sexual contact, either vaginally, anally or orally. It can be transmitted from the mother to the baby at the time of birth, generating ocular infection and neonatal pneumonia.
