Generalities:

Enteric bacteria or enterobacteria form an extensive group of organisms that habitually colonize the intestines of humans and other animals, in some cases they can cause infection. The most common are Salmonella, Escherichia y Campylobacter.

They can cause gastrointestinal disorders such as pain, abdominal swelling, diarrhea, gas.

Transmission:

Transmission through contaminated feces, contaminated food, lack of hygiene.
