There are many measures to prevent this from happening either avoid drinking a few hours before going to bed, lift the child once or twice to go to the bathroom, etc.

Causes:

The causes can be both physiological and psychological. Among the first we can mention the levels of antidiuretic hormone, sleep disorders, urinary tract infections, bladder shape, among others. When the disorder appears after bladder control has been achieved for some time it is called secondary enuresis and it is when more than one physiological cause and psychological disorder should be suspected such as the feeling of fear.It is important not to devalue the child for this condition, nor to pressure him; On the other hand, it will have to be supported.
