The heel or calcaneal spur is an ossification (protuberance) that appears in the heel causing stinging pain and making it difficult to walk. It can be due to standing too long, being overweight or wearing inappropriate shoes. Exercises to stretch the back of the legs, especially the achilles tendon, can help reverse it.

Flat foot is the lack of the arch of the foot, it can be seen in the footprint. This brings problems in all the dynamics and structure bone may cause spinal problems and fatigue when walking. The flat foot is due to the lack of tone and strength in the muscles and tendons that make up the foot. It is also advisable to use special insoles and practice specific exercises. If the person does not suffer pain or discomfort, treatment is usually not necessary.
