There are two types of Herpes virus. Herpes simplex type 1 (HSV-1) that can be transmitted orally, and herpes simplex type 2 (HSV-2) that is spread by sexual contact. All herpes viruses fall into either of these two classifications. In general, they are viruses that remain latent in the body and manifest when defenses are lowered by physiological or even emotional factors (stress, depression, fear, anguish, hormonal changes, etc.). There is always risk of infection, but it increases when they are active (with symptoms).
They have affinity with the nervous system so it is recommended to strengthen that system and review the pairs associated with it. Also review the emotional pairs and resort to tools and life habits to reduce stress.
