Generalities:

It affects the Head and / or the Larynx. If it is combined with Gonorrhea, teeth fall,  Gingivitis and Otitis. It is confused with sinusitis, Excess of nasal mucus. common cold.

Also known as Moraxella Catarrhalis is a Gram-negative bacillus with a coconut shape. It is usually found in the nasal or buccal cavity asymptomatically, so it is considered an opportunistic pathogen.

Transmission:

More common that causes infection in immunosuppressed patients, AIDS patients, smokers, among others.
