Generalities:

Odontological symptoms: odontalgia, gingivitis, bruxism (involuntarily tightening the teeth).

Proteus vulgaris is a gram-negative anaerobic bacillus bacteria. It is usually found in the intestines of several species, including humans. It is an opportunistic pathogen that can cause urinary tract infections, cystitis, liver abscesses or it can infect wounds.

Contact with body fluids.
